Nintendo Labo VR Kit Hitting Store Shelves April 12

Rumors have been buzzing about whether Nintendo would try their hand in Virtual Reality, and today they have announced a Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 04: VR Kit. We also won’t have to wait long as the kit has a release date of April 12.

Here’s what the kit contains:

The main concern is the quality of the games as it appears to only include set mini-games within the Labo Kit. However, it’s not uncommon for these Labo kits to be integrated into other games, as is shown with the motorbike in the Toy-Con 01 Kit with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Another fear is that the Switch screen only has 720p resolution, but we’ll see how that plays out as time goes and we hear more about it.
