How to Fill Up Heart Meters Quickly in Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town
Finding your match, filling up their heart meter and marrying them is a big part of Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town. Interacting with the townsfolk is essential but how do you get someone to fall in love with you? Well with gifts, of course!
Now, it depends on whom you are trying to court as to which gifts will be most appealing to them, however there are three gifts in the General Store that are specifically designed to be favourable when presented as a gift: Jewelry Ring, Jewelry Locket and Fashionable Bracelet.
Depending on who you court will ultimately affect which gift your love interest will like; I chose to woo Linh and she loved the Jewelry Locket but 'appreciated' the Fashionable Bracelet.
Considering that the more frequently you gift someone with an item, the quicker they'll fall for you, spending thousands of gold on these items will deplete your funds faster than you can earn it, and that's even with our guide on how to make money fast in this game. So how do we get around this? We make the items!
Nothing says love quite like making your own presents, especially when you can make jewellery. To do this, it is vital that you put a lot of focus into mining, make at least 10+ Ingot Makers and four+ Jewel Makers. All of the jewellery items require Silver Ingots and Silver Ore can be mined from the second mine onward and their rocks can also be found outside of said mines. However, you'll find most gems in the third mine.
Raw Rubies are quite common in the first B25 floors of the third mine, Raw Sapphires B25+ and Raw Emeralds B40+. Try making all three of the mentioned items and gifting them to your future betrothed. Whichever item(s) they have the most joyous reaction to, go with that. Once you get the hang of this, you can make multiple items and considering you can only give them one gift per day, doing this every second or third day will have your love interest falling head over heals for you.
